Ramsey inspires Arsenal
Aaron Ramsey scored twice as Arsenal eased into the group stages of the Champions League with a 2-0 win over Fenerbahce at the Emirates Stadium to wrap up a 5-0 aggregate success.
Ramsey, who had scored one of the Gunners' three goals in Turkey last week which rendered this second leg something of a non-event, increased his side's advantage by sliding home a 25th-minute opener.
And despite some good first-half pressure from the visitors, Arsene Wenger's men survived and Ramsey completed the scoring in the 72nd minute with a beautiful first-time finish after being cued up by substitute Kieran Gibbs.
